Overview

Ræbà Uqûmî Kîchyà was founded durring the late 11th century, by Gadsmêye Dyëm. The establishment of Ræbà Uqûmî Kîchyà was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Gadsmêye Dyëm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Ræbà Uqûmî Kîchyà as a prison colony.

Ræbà Uqûmî Kîchyà was built using the conventions of Wareneese durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ræbà Uqûmî Kîchyà is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Ræbà Uqûmî Kîchyà is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of restrictive canals streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's cost-cutting-focused defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

The first thing you notice about Ræbà Uqûmî Kîchyà is the large sign at the entrance welcoming you to their humble town. Children come up to you and say hi, some asking if you’ve fought any big monsters, and others just zipping away after their hello. The adults are much the same. By the time you’ve made it a significant way into the town you’ve been invited to a tavern for a pint to drink in exchange for news of the world. You’ve also had no less than three older women give you a sweetroll and direct your attention to their still unmarried children. It would be creepy if it wasn't so sincere.
